• Perform a thorough review of all currently existing Operations Manuals in an effort to retain applicable company procedures in the development of a General Operations Manual
• Perform a review of existing forms utilized by your organization for incorporation into the proposed manual
• Design and develop new forms as required pursuant to the development of the proposed manual
• Produce an initial DRAFT FOPM, incorporating all of the requirements of applicable regulations

The DRAFT FOPM will be provided to your management for review. Upon completion of the review process, your organization will submit all changes to D&D for incorporation into the FINAL FOPM. D&D will then produce a FINAL Flight Operations Policy Manual and will provide all changes required until your management accepts the applicable manual.

D&D is a full service aviation publishing organization and will produce multiple copies of the finished Flight Operations Policy Manual, should it be required.

As additional changes are required by your organization, or initiated by regulatory requirements that will be monitored by D&D. Changes will be reviewed with your management representative and incorporated into the manual system by D&D.
